NTT Advanced Technology (NTT-AT, a subsidiary of Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation) recently recognized the NTM for achieving sustained capture rates of 10.5 GBps full-duplex. This testing was performed under the most extreme conditions: continuously for three hours with all maximum- or all minimum- sized frames writing to a RAID-5 disk array. That’s over 1.6 trillion frames captured with zero dropped.
