Wireless handset chip provider looks to improve demand planning and support production planning within its assembly and test operations

 JDA® Software Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: JDAS), The Supply Chain Company®,  today announced that Skyworks Solutions, Inc., an innovator of high reliability analog  semiconductors, has implemented JDA® Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and also selected JDA® Factory Planner, JDA® Reporting and JDA® Agile Business Process Platform (ABPP) in the second quarter of 2012. The company is using JDA Sales & Operations Planning to drive improved demand planning across its organization and plans to use JDA Factory Planner for supporting production planning and scheduling within its assembly and test operations.
