Duxbury, Deliberant ink distributor deal

Specialist network products distributor Duxbury Networking has signed an exclusive marketing and distribution agreement with US- and EU-based Deliberant.

Specialist network products distributor Duxbury Networking has signed an exclusive marketing and distribution agreement with US- and EU-based Deliberant, one of the fastest growing wireless technology manufacturers in the world.

In terms of the agreement, Duxbury Networking will promote and technically support the complete range of Deliberant high-speed wireless network products and accessories, addressing end-user customers through members of its accredited reseller network in southern Africa.

Duxbury Networking CEO, Graham Duxbury says he is delighted to add Deliberant products, currently sold in more than 100 countries, to his company’s portfolio as they will complement many of its network, security and other offerings.

“Deliberant products have been accepted as quality offerings of choice in most developed countries,” he says. “The time is right to introduce them to South Africa where their low cost – thanks to cutting edge development and manufacturing techniques – will position them at the forefront of the wireless networking arena.”

Bill Brown, CEO at Deliberant says the deal with Duxbury Networking will have a number of spin-off benefits for his company. “Duxbury is one of the few leading distribution companies with a fully focused technical support team,” he says. “As a company which places added emphasis on technology leadership, I believe there are significant synergies our organisations can exploit in future.”

Brown adds that the deal will give Deliberant access to Duxbury’s extensive reseller base in South Africa and provide a gateway for a concerted marketing thrust into developing markets to the north.
