Industry Veterans make the switch to Adobe Premiere Pro CS5

Post Production veteran, Chris Fenwick, has long been a user of Final Cut Pro and is well known in the Final Cut Pro community. His work includes video editing and TV directing, as well as running a blog in which he gives tutorials on the above.
Chris has recently become a ‘switcher’-someone who previously used another editing tool and has made the decision to switch to Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.
Lately, he’s been working with a large quantity of DSLR footage and has found the workflow for editing it in Final Cut Pro too painful and time-consuming, considering that in Final Cut Pro he would have to transcode all his footage just to begin working on a project.
