Security industry readies for expo
Exhibitors at IFSEC South Africa Securex 2009 are readying themselves to demonstrate a number of products in the security, safety, fire and protection arenas at the upcoming event which will be held at Sandton Convention Centre from 30th June to 2nd July.
More than 200 companies will be featured the exhibition and a wide range of technologies including CCTV solutions, Traffic monitoring and management, Command and control systems, Automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) among others will be seen at the show.
Enhancing the exhibition is the Norbain Sponsored “Interactive Theatre” which will host a programme of presentations from a variety of local and international experts who will discuss current industry trends.
Some of the topics to be covered include HD Camera Technology, Biometrics, Getting the Best Return on Your IP Investment, The Key Risk Scenarios in South Africa for the 2010 FIFA World Cup and Communications in Security.
