Miro adds Plantronics headsets to product range

VoIP headsets now available in SA

Miro Distribution today announced the introduction of the Plantronics headset product range to its Voice over IP offerings.

Since its deregulation, many corporations have moved toward VoIP in an effort to reduce the increasing cost of telephony locally.

The Call Centre environment has proven particularly popular in the adoption of VoIP on a corporate level. Employees within these environments spend many working hours on the telephone, as a result the majority employ handsets to move more quickly between callers.
