Inkjet saves you money

Epson has introduced the Epson Stylus Office T30, a single function business inkjet printer that offers high speed prints for black and white text documents.

According to Lyle Mitchley, product manager at Epson SA, the high-yield individual ink cartridges achieve a cost per page comparable to higher-end laser printers with the added benefit of durable, smudge-proof and water resistant prints.

“Prints are clear and professional, as the quick-drying DURABrite Ultra Ink does not bleed through the page,” Mitchley says.

“DURABrite Ultra Ink also allows users to print on a variety of media, from envelopes and labels to recycled plain paper and even glossy photo paper – making it a great printer to produce your marketing materials, reports, invoices, spreadsheets, presentations and photographs,” he adds.

As inkjet printer technology requires no warm-up time, the energy that is required to print is fractional to that of a laser printer, saving money and the environment.

“Epson’s new range of inkjet printers aims to meet the needs of business users right from the entry level to the mid-market,” Mitchley explains.

“In the past, office printing has been fulfilled by laser printing technologies – which can be expensive to purchase for smaller organisations.

“But with this latest generation of power and cost-efficient Epson inkjet printers, many office environments will want to re-think their in-house printing set-up to consider a low-cost inkjet alternative for high speed, medium volume print jobs,” he concludes.
