Dell Optiplex and Latitude range available locally

Drive Control Corporation (DCC) today announced the availability of Dell’s commercial Optiplex desktop offering and Latitude notebook range.

This appointment effectively sees DCC taking responsibility for Dell’s entire PC and notebook product offering as the company already distributes the Small Medium Business (SMB) and consumer family range as well as the full Enterprise and Storage offering.

Dell’s Latitude and Optiplex products are aimed at the medium to larger corporate segments of the market.

Both ranges include a number of up to date features. For example, the Latitude range achieves up to the 19 hours of battery life with the combination of Dell’s standard 9-cell battery, new high capacity battery slice and exclusive Dell ControlPoint software. The Dell Control Point Connection also enables wireless connections with support for current and emerging wireless technologies (Wi-Fi, mobile broadband3, Bluetooth 2.1, WiMAX, and High Performance Wireless-N).
