Nashua Mobile builds on customer service
Nashua Mobile, the independent telecommunications service provider in the Reunert Group, has established a new division, “EasiSolutions”, in line with its ongoing drive to improve customer service.
This new division will provide individually tailored answers to the issues and queries of business customers of all sizes. The division has been specially designed to focus on efficient service by minimising the time and effort required by Nashua Mobile’s clients when purchasing new products and services.
Says Doug Mattheus, marketing director at Nashua Mobile, “The reasons for Nashua Mobile’s success are our relentless focus on customer service, the fact that we offer customers a wide range of solutions customised to their needs, and our ability to adapt to rapid changes in the fast-paced telecommunications industry.”
In a world where time is money, the “EasiSolutions” division cuts through the technical jargon and provides guidance to business customers on the products and solutions that best suit their needs. The division also provides a one-stop shop for customers to sign up for fixed voice, mobile and Internet access as well as hosted solutions and messaging.
Through partnerships with providers such as Vodacom Business, MTN Network Solutions, Neotel and Internet Solutions, “EasiSolutions” can provide a wide range of services to Nashua Mobile customers. As part of this offering, knowledgeable service agents will be able to provide the most cost effective and applicable services suited to the individual needs of each business. Some of the products that will feature as part of this product range is business ADSL, a full range of BlackBerry solutions for both small businesses and enterprises and Microsoft Hosted Exchange services.
