Roxio VHS to DVD software enters retail market

Phoenix software announces the availability of Roxio Easy VHS to DVD for both PC and Mac

Phoenix Software has announced retail availability of Roxio Easy VHS to DVD for PC and Mac. The software makes it easy to preserve irreplaceable memories stored on VHS, Hi8 and V8 tapes, by transferring them to DVD format.

The software supports most analogue camcorders, VCRs or and DVD players. It is capable of correcting video quality, adding transition effects, creating menus and chapters, and transferring videos to iPod and PSP.

An additional feature is the ability to transfer a collection of LP’s and tapes to CD, or transfer them to a portable player. This feature will also retrieve songs labels automatically, filling in the title, artist and genre information. Both PC and Mac packages include the Roxio Video Capture USB device, USB extension cable and software.

Roxio Easy VHS to DVD is available for both PC and Mac from local retail stores at a recommended retail price of R999.99 for either version.
