Prior to joining Aegis, Peter Bloom was the president and co-founder of Customer Operations Performance Center, the a leading authority on operations management and performance improvement for customer contact center and BPO services. “Peter Bloom is an authority on operational performance and benchmarks of contact centers, having conducted more than 350 in-depth operational assessments across 25 countries,” said Aparup Sengupta, managing director and global chief executive officer, Aegis. “We are honoured to have an executive with Peter’s global experience and reputation leading our efforts to make quality a key differentiator.”

Prior to co-founding COPC, Bloom was a partner at Mercer Management Consulting and the COO of several manufacturing companies. He has a MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from the University of Massachusetts.
