ContinuitySA acquires 51% of IMMIX solutions

Last month IMMIX Solutions sold its 51% stake in IMMIX Network Solutions to ContinuitySA.  The sale of IMMIX Network Solutions has allowed the organization, now called Triple4, to be part of the ContinuitySA group, which is closely aligned to their direct offerings, while enabling IMMIX Solutions to focus on their core business.

Director at IMMIX Solutions, Craig Swanepoel, explains: “This sale was a strategic decision to allow IMMIX Solutions to focus on our primary business of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, ERP, SharePoint and licensing.”

IMMIX Solutions, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, offers services and solutions in the design and delivery of adaptable, integrated technology solutions for business management. They specialize in Microsoft Dynamics, a line of business application for the mid-market, upper mid-market and enterprise markets.

The newly formed Triple4 is well positioned to deliver the next generation of bandwidth enabled disaster recovery solutions by tapping into the cloud-hosting options, previously available through IMMIX Network Solutions, combined with ContinuitySA’s traditional disaster recovery services.

Allen Smith, ContinuitySA CEO says: “Triple4 will operate as a separate company from ContinuitySA and the dynamic team from IMMIX Network Solutions will now provide its specialized skills in the hosting of business continuity services to our clients.”

Advancement in virtualization capabilities and increased bandwidth are leading to substantial shifts in ICT infrastructure and trends. MD of Triple4 (previously IMMIX Network Solutions), Kevin Mortimer adds: “Cloud computing allows CIOs to rethink the way they are spending their budget. This deal will now provide these CIOs with access to cutting-edge skills in the hosting of business continuity, backed by the substantial industry experience and credentials of ContinuitySA.
