SAP Africa appoints Richard Edet as RGM

Edet brings with him a wealth of experience within the IT sector, having previously worked at International ICT companies such as, Cisco, IBM and Microsoft. In his role at SAP, Edet will be responsible for creating a solid foundation to sustain SAP’s growth in West Africa and driving SAP commitment towards being the best corporate citizen in the region.

“My objective is to make West Africa the best run region on the continent. My plan is to invest in our people, customers, partners, industries and communities to ensure that there is sustainability, progression and fulfilment which support the overall development of the economy and SAP’s business in this region,” says Edet.

SAP solutions are about ecosystem and partnerships that focuses on addressing business and government needs in order to help West Africa businesses run better. “I believe that West Africa is ready to be part of the SAP ecosystem and has diverse resources that are essential to help the rest of the continent succeed”.
