G-Technology makes a splash at NAB

External storage specialist G-Technology – represented in South Africa by leading ICT distributor, Syntech SA – has come up with an inventive marketing move by launching a new ‘G-Team’ Ambassador Programme, a move orchestrated to feature leading producers, cinematographers and photographers. The G-Team is to be presented – and the programme kick-started – at the National Association of Broadcasting (NAB) expo, the leading digital media show to be held in Las Vegas, USA, from 16th April.

Known for delivering premium external storage solutions engineered to meet the needs of the content creation and Apple Mac community, G-Technology has put together a talented group of professional producers, cinematographers and photographers who are pushing creativity beyond the limits. Craig Nowitz, a director of Syntech SA, said the G-Team will be “reaching out” to the market through tradeshows, online tutorials and seminars. The G-Team will be sharing stories, ‘how-tos’ and tips and tricks behind their profession, their creative process, and their workflows – giving insight and inspiration to current and future generations of digital artists.

Syntech, established in 2002, offers a wide range of product lines and has become recognised for its focus on professional storage and memory with high performance products such as Patriot, ATTO, OCZ, Sonnet, G-Technology and Rocstor. These products are specifically imported to service media rich environments including clients within the film and production, photography and architectural industries.
