Customer Experience Management Africa Summit to Host Esteemed Speaker BPeSA Western Cape CEO

The anticipated Customer Experience Management Africa Summit, hosted by international business-to-business conferencing company, Kinetic Events, will be held in Cape Town from 2 to 3 August 2012. The event will bring together Africa’s industry leaders, and provide a unique platform to build relationships, share ideas and most importantly, to do business.

The summit will proudly host confirmed speaker Gareth Pritchard, CEO of BPeSA Western Cape, in an interactive and topical discussion exploring technological advancements and trends, and adopting key customer experience techniques for enterprises.

Pritchard has been involved in business process outsourcing since 1998 in Europe, India and South Africa. As Managing Director of Lufthansa Process Management GmbH his company organised the transfer of travel related processes offshore, both to India and to South Africa.

He established a Lufthansa BPO operation in 1998 in Cape Town. The company was then bought in 2007 by Teleperformance, one of the world’s largest operators of call centres. As Managing Director of Teleperformance South Africa, Pritchard oversaw the expansion of the call centre to over 600 seats.

Pritchard became a member of the BPeSA board in 2008 and officially took on the role of BPeSA Western Cape CEO in November 2010. He is responsible for engaging with the international community to explain the South African value proposition, to ensure that potential investors not only have the right information at hand to make informed decisions but also to facilitate introductions to leading stakeholders. Pritchard is also responsible for facilitating progress on creating the right BPO talent pool in the South African market.

The strategic invitation-only summit will feature interactive discussions, exclusive networking receptions, assisted business meetings and expert-led workshops to explore technological advances currently available, assist in adopting key customer experience techniques to differentiate your brand, and identify and understand the different concepts of CEM, for sustainability, growth, profit and sales efficiencies.
