T-Systems first to achieve SAP Partner Centre of Expertise A1 certification in South Africa
- Confirms high-level SAP skills and support
- Met rigorous criteria
- On par with global counterparts
T-Systems in South Africa has been awarded SAP Partner Centre of Expertise (PCOE) A1 certification which effectively makes it one of the first ICT companies in Africa and the first in South Africa to achieve this globally-benchmarked qualification.
SAP introduced the exclusive PCOE certification as part of its SAP PartnerEdge Channel program to ensure all customers receive consistent, high-quality support from its partners.
The SAP PCOE certification ensures that the minimum set of SAP support standards, tools and solution-related skills, quality, and requirements for the delivery of maintenance are met by partners.
The nine-month SAP PCOE certification process features rigorous criteria that include: a checklist evaluation encompassing support standards, tools and solution-related skills; remote audit; and PCOE judging.
Furthermore, the SAP PCOE certification is valid for two years and will only be renewed if organizations consistently meet and uphold the requirements of the PCOE certification.
“The SAP PCOE certification is a major achievement for T-Systems in South Africa – it greatly impacts both our value and service offering to current and prospective clients. It is a big stamp of approval from SAP and clearly shows we offer skills that are on par with our global counterparts,” says Len de Goede: Vice President for Systems Integration at T–Systems in South Africa.
