4most Completes SAP Business One Software Solution at Zambia Centre for Accountancy Studies
Interim Management and Consultancy (IMAC), the Lusaka-based Extended Business Member of SAP Business One software specialist, 4most, has completed a R224 000 contract to provide the Zambia Centre for Accountancy Studies (ZCAS), in Lusaka, with a full version SAP Business One solution for the education and training of accountancy students.
The ZCAS selected SAP Business One as it offered the most comprehensive and flexible system ranging from a starter package for SME business accounting all the way through to a full ERP version for larger business undertakings.
The objectives, according to Craig Turner, responsible for 4most’s extended business operations, were to enable the ZCAS training centre to provide convenient and cost-effective training for the staff of local businesses in line with ZCAS objectives, as well as provide SAP Business One consultant training.
“The system will deliver medium- and long-term benefits for ZCAS by upskilling graduating students of business, commerce and industry. The 15-user system was installed and commissioned to operate on new HP workstations,” Turner said.
While the system implementation was completed in April, 4most will continue to be involved in the training of ZCAS personnel that have been selected to provide the ongoing training of students at the institution.
