Digilogix gives away 100 free Xerox printers to small businesses
Digilogix, one of the largest Xerox concessionaires in South Africa, gave small business owners in Rosebank, Johannesburg a pleasant surprise when the company launched a marketing campaign on 4 July, giving away 100 free Xerox printers.
Digilogix supplies Xerox copiers and printers to SMEs and large companies, as well as a full suite of managed print services.
“Our team was enthusiastic and we got a great response from the 100 business owners who received the desktop printers, even though some were a little disbelieving at first,” says Digilogix’s Cheryl Andrew. “We have already had calls from some business owners who are so impressed with the performance of the printers that they want to buy additional devices from us.”
“The goal was to make businesses in the Rosebank area aware of Xerox’s solutions. Xerox has a strong focus on how its products can both simplify business processes and enable small businesses to run more cost-effectively,” she adds.
Each printer came with a Digilogix sticker containing the company’s contact details so that customers can contact them when the time comes to replace the toner, and keeping Digilogix top of mind as a supplier of Xerox products.
“Xerox printers and multifunctional products are geared towards helping all businesses reduce costs, increase security, improve efficiency and be environmentally conscious,” says Warren Rae, national concessionaires channel manager in the Xerox division at Bytes Document Solutions. “The range of compact printers helps create professional-looking documents in-house and delivers high quality in a package designed for premises where space is at a premium.”
