Local competition website provides promotional boost into social media.

A local advertising design studio has developed a engaging weekly competition website for marketers looking for solid brand or product exposure through social media. The simple competition format drives awareness as it requires entrants to answer a simple product related question.

Simply explained, One Questions is a weekly competition website for South Africa. Every week there is a new competition and new prizes to be won. Visitors need to answer a product related question to qualify for the prize. Answers are multiple choice and requires only one click to enter.

Entering the online competition is made extremely easy through Facebook and Twitter integration. For those with no social media accounts, a normal e-mail can be used to enter the latest competition.

Although it’s important to note that One Question do not send out any e-mails. To hear about the weekly winner or new competition announcements you need to follow them on Twitter or like them on Facebook.

The driving principle behind the concept is to create a central and easy marketing platform for rapid exposure across Facebook and Twitter. As the following grows so too will the exposure for the advertisers. Although only just launched the concept has proven popular with rapid uptake and solid following.

In-Detail, the design company behind the concept hopes that advertisers and marketers will make use of the lightweight and fun format to drive product or brand awareness. Bookings are open for the weekly competition slots. Advertisers can book one or more weeks at a time.
