She is also well known amongst peers for her proven ability to start ventures from scratch and to restructure environments for optimal effectiveness, as well as her enterprise sales aptitude and her tenacity to consistently meet and exceed goals and targets.

“Quintica is an exciting company that is doing great things in Africa and the Middle East, but to many remains unknown,” states Evans. “I am looking forward to driving not only awareness of the holistic value that Quintica can bring to a business, but also engaging with customers as to how we can take them forward through the use of our best practices in combining people, process and technology through the use of locally developed and locally relevant ITIL material.”

As a specialist systems integrator and strategic service management provider, Quintica works with its customers to transform business processes to drive efficiencies. In addition its training arm delivers industry relevant and locally developed ITIL, ISO 20000, COBIT and SLA training geared to ensure an organisation is better equipped to function in a highly competitive workplace.

Theappointment of Evans will see a renewed focus on a campaign driven businessmodel, increased emphasis on sales and a better understanding of local enterprise through her existing customer relationships within the ICT industry.

“‘The Quintica Way’ combines the knowledge of ITIL processes, local experience in the appropriate application thereof and the use of BMC & Sungard software to enable the customer to maintain and drive the efficiencies. We have so much intellectual property within this business that we haven’t aggressively taken to market – something I hope to change,” says Evans.

“It is my intention to create a strategy and then advantageously align the people andorganisation behind it by tapping into the available resources we have on hand – all with the purpose of making a meaningful and impactful contribution to our customers,” ends Evans
