DEVELOP South Africa sees bumper year over 2012

DEVELOP South Africa has experienced a phenomenal 64 percent growth over the past year, entrenching the company’s name and reputation for quality, reliable products within the local document production and management marketplace.

Marc Pillay, DEVELOP South Africa general manager, believes that the company’s principle of “dynamic balance” is certainly paying off. “The concept of ‘dynamic balance’ highlights the combination of DEVELOP’s innovation within the product arena and the readiness and ability to flexibly respond to the requirements of the market and our customers.

“Our strong focus on enterprise development within the local marketplace has resulted in the establishment of several long-term partnerships with new competitive players within the local print, copy, fax and scan market,” he explains.

In addition, 2012 has seen the local DEVELOP brand expand its footprint across South Africa. “We recently signed up a strong partner in the Western Cape, which has enabled us to extend our national reach. Partnerships with dealers in Gauteng, the Free State and Mpumalanga have also been set up, with appointments in KwaZulu-Natal and the Eastern Cape imminent.”

Another feather in the DEVELOP South Africa cap for this year is its selection to host the global annual DEVELOP Distributor Summit for 2012, a three-day event that will see partners from 60 countries worldwide flock to Cape Town in October this year. “This is a massive accolade for the South African concern, as it shows the global brand’s recognition of our fantastic local achievements. There is an exciting, informative agenda planned for the event and we believe that this will further entrench DEVELOP South Africa’s success. ”
