Quintica appointed as BMC Software Elite Partner

Quintica Southern Africa, specialist systems integrator and service management provider for Middle East and Africa, has been appointed an Elite Partner of BMC Software.

For the last four years Quintica has been working with BMC, giving clients access to a range of IT Service and Business Management Solutions in a bid to help them better manage their business processes and people. Now with its appointment as an Elite Partner, Quintica can now provide its customers with access to a host of additional services, incentives and offers.

“BMC remains one of Quintica’s foremost partners and we are delighted to be able to further cement this relationship with our appointment as an Elite Partner,” states Mark Ackerman, technology director at Quintica. “As customers are edging towards the cloud it is important for them to have tools in place that will help them better manage their customers, systems and their organisation as a whole.”

As per the agreement Quintica now has access to a range of incentives as well as the ability to tap into: technical enablement from BMC that includes technical mentoring resources; Early Access which offers participation in pre-beta product evaluation; and BMC Flight Deck Online Demo for customer demonstrations, to name but a few.

In order to meet the stringent requirements for the Elite Partner status, Quintica has had to ensure that it: employs or contracts two individuals who have passed the BMC Certified Professional certification per requirement; employs or contracts three people who have attended Sales Foundation one and two/ Numara Sales Training; can provide a minimum of twocustomer references per competency and that it has a dedicated resource assigned to marketing – all of which have been met and far exceeded by our company.

“We currently boast a strong sales, technical and consulting team within the BMC space and our Elite Status will enable us to make better use of these internal skills to meet the BMC needs of our customers, while being able to further tap into the BMC global resource pool for their benefit,” ends Ackerman.
