LG Lifestyle Brand stores dedicated to customer care
Leading consumer electronics company, LG Electronics, continues to expand its reach into Africa and its commitment to optimising customer care, with the opening of two additional lifestyle brand stores in Mauritius.
The Brand stores will be opened in Grand Baie and Flacq Shopping Centre on the island. The new Mauritian stores form part of LG’s move to capture the growing organised retail market across Africa.
LG is setting up a chain of exclusive premium brand stores across the continent and in October last year the company opened its first lifestyle brand store in Cape Town, South Africa.
“We are very happy to be strengthening our business in Mauritius”, said Mr JM Lee, CEO of LG Electronics South Africa. “The growing and stable economy is attractive to foreign investment. Through our lifestyle brand stores, we are again showing that LG is committed to its customers and strives to provide them with innovative, high quality, and affordable consumer electronics, coupled with outstanding after sales service available.”
“We have already opened our Botswana store and plan to open a several LG brand stores in the near future,” said Lee.

Trained LG experts are also always on hand to assist customers with any LG related products and services query they might have, showing them the benefits of LG’s technology and emphasising the fact that life is good with an LG product by your side.
The new stores also feature a service centre element, where consumers with faulty units can quickly and easily have their products booked in for repairs if the issue cannot be addressed immediately in-store. Customers will be redirected to accredited service centres based on the type of product they wish to have repaired.
