Oliver Fortuin joins the Adapt IT Group Board

JSE listed Adapt IT Holdings Limited, (“Adapt IT Group”), has today announced the appointment of a respected ICT professional, Oliver Fortuin, as an independent non-executive Board Member to the Group.

Fortuin will serve as an Independent non-executive Member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Social and Ethics Committee, effective 8 February 2013, replacing Mandla Nhlapo who retires to pursue other interests.

Oliver Darrel Fortuin, MBA, born 1967, brings 23 years of experience in the technology industry to the board of directors. Fortuin is a Lead Independent Non-Executive Director of Ellies Holdings Limited and served as a Director and Chairman for IBM in South Africa, having been with the company for 17 years. His experience is in the global market and in addition the Telco industry, financial services, public and retail sectors which greatly compliments the Board’s expertise in effecting the Adapt IT Group’s organic and acquisitive growth strategy.
