Annual industry conference to showcase proven solutions and leading practices in supply chain and retail

(NASDAQ: JDAS), The Supply Chain Company®, today announced that its JDA Innovation Forum will be making its way to Cape Town and Johannesburg on the 5th and 7th of March 2013 respectively. Tailored for customers and prospects throughout Africa, the local event forms part of a series of events to be hosted throughout EMEA, and is designed to showcase leading practices in supply chain and retail.
The JDA Innovation Forum 2013 is an exclusive gathering of Supply Chain and Store Operations experts, and business strategists and will address Retail and Supply Chain Management best practices. In addition the event will offer insights into how the merger of JDA and RedPrairie creates a company uniquely positioned to deliver robust, integrated supply chain and retail store solutions that address the complexities of today’s global consumer-driven marketplace.
Cape Town Event
Attendees to the Cape Town event will also be able to delve into the latest retail trends and strategies with presentations on Multi-Channel Retailing, Next-Generation Category Management, Shelf-Connected Supply Chain, Workforce Management and Warehouse Management.

Joining them will be customers and industry experts who will share their experiences.
Johannesburg Event
For attendees to the Johannesburg event, the company will be providing two main tracks covering Integrated Business Planning/S&OP and Next-Generation Assortment and Supply Chain Execution, as well as the thought leadership and industry knowledge that JDA, RedPrairie and their partners bring, all of which are geared to ensure that customers walk away with ideas, improvements and a larger professional network.
