Amazon and Google join keynote programme at the Cloud World Forum Africa

Leading representatives from Amazon Web Services and Google have been announced to speak at the 2nd Annual Cloud World Forum Africa – www.cloudworldseries.com/africa – taking place on 23rd-24th of April at the Sandton Sun Hotel in Johannesburg.

Working for Amazon since October 2004, Attila Narin is currently a Senior Manager who leads the Solutions Architecture team at Amazon Web Services, helping companies across EMEA on their move to the cloud. Before starting his current role Attila was a key member of the Amazon EC2 team, managing the design and delivery of many of the features currently available in the data centre.

With over 14 years of experience in both the internet and telco industry, Bryan Nelson has been the Business Development Manager for Google South Africa since July 2011. He is responsible for driving projects with partners which grow the internet ecosystem and expand Google’s product offering in South Africa.

  • Bryan Nelson’s keynote presentation “Google Apps: Choosing a cost-effective cloud package” will be held at 11:40am on Day 2 of the Cloud World Forum Africa.
  • Attila Narin’s keynote presentation “Leveraging Amazon Web Services to deliverable scale, cost-efficient websites and applications for enterprise workloads” will be held at 2:30pm on Day 2 of the Cloud World Forum Africa.
