Mr. Mohammed Hariri appointed as Chairman of the Cell C Board

Cell C today announced the appointment of Mr. Mohammed Hariri as a Director and Chairman of the Cell C Board.

Mr. Hariri takes over the position of Chairman from Mr. Simon Duffy who tendered his resignation from the Board.

Mr. Hariri is the Chairman of the Board of Oger Telecom Limited, Cell C’s majority shareholder. He also serves as Chairman on the Boards of a number of international companies and acts as Vice Chairman – Finance & Investment – of Saudi Oger where he has been a member of the company’s management for over 30 years.
