Technical support for KAV/KIS 2011 to end
Due to technical support for Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2011 and Kaspersky Internet Security 2011 being discontinued on the 28th of August 2013, Kaspersky Lab recommends that customers using those products upgrade for free to the newest version of Kaspersky Anti-Virus or Kaspersky Internet Security.
After 28 August 2013, customers using the 2011 version of the products will no longer be able to receive software fixes. Support is being discontinued in accordance with Kaspersky Lab’s Product Support Lifecycle calendar. Support of Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2011 for Mac will continue until 17 February 2014.
Customers can download and install the latest versions of Kaspersky Lab products from the official website.
