Magic Software holds first South African user conference

Magic Software Enterprises Ltd. (NASDAQ: MGIC), a global provider of software platforms for enterprise mobility, cloud applications, and business integration, will be holding its first annual South African user conference on 20th November at the Park Inn Sandton Hotel in Sandton, Johannesburg.

Themed around the concept of ‘Connecting the Community for a Smarter Future’, the event showcases how Magic’s vast array of global clients use Magic’s solutions to work smarter.

Udi Ertel, president of Magic Software Enterprises Ltd, who will be flying in for the event, will open the conference. Yuval Lavi, vice president of corporate professional services and support at Magic Software Enterprises Ltd, will join him.

“Our inaugural conference will give delegates a great opportunity to see how companies from around the world are using our technology to solve issues that are not too dissimilar from the challenges that South African businesses have to deal with on a daily basis,” says Daniel Hall, country manager of Magic Software SA.

“In addition, there will also be a great opportunity for delegates to interact with two of Magic’s most senior executives and gain great insight into how Magic is able to deliver products and services that can be deployed with minimal effort, while making the best use of existing assets.”

The event’s keynote speaker is the renowned Arthur Goldstuck, who will be speaking on Africa’s mobile past, present and future, focusing on the mobile corporation and the mobile office of tomorrow. Goldstuck is the managing director of World Wide Worx, South Africa’s leading independent technology market research organization.

A full day of presentations and two breakout sessions are planned. The event concludes with a cocktail party.
