The workshop session titled: “Getting started on an Outside In journey – what is a successful customer outcome?”will provide delegates with a practical method to define and better understand their customers and their real needs as well as identify a measurable successful customer outcome. Delegates will have the opportunity to experience the power and simplicity of an approach which replaces the need to try and ask customers what they want with a tool that applies outside in thinking.
Lizette Acker, a diversified managing executive who contributes to IQ Business’ strategic direction and operational management, will be leading this workshop. During her career, Lizette has worked both as part of a team and individually to deliver numerous transformational projects in organisations including Alexander Forbes, AA Autobay, Nedbank Property Services, FNB Commercial, Old Mutual Corporate Distribution, Aon Hewitt, Liberty Corporate, DBSA and Absa Capital.
Q&A sessions during this workshop will give attendees the opportunity to discuss their challenges and opportunities in the workplace.
