BitCo enables the expansion of a competitive connectivity landscape in SA through a robust Channel Partner offering

Their programme has been developed to enable any level of the ICT channel to maximise their business by leveraging off BitCo’s Carrier Grade Fibre and Wireless network by expanding their product offering without increasing their overheads.

IT and telephony resellers, PBX vendors, Network suppliers and Internet Service Providers are among the many companies that stand to benefit from being able to offer their clients a Carrier Grade Last Mile connection that promotes a 99% operational uptime.

There are three ways to participate in BitCo’s Maximise Channel Partner Programme. Companies can sign up as a Wholesaler, Reseller or an Agent.

Wholesalers would act as an intermediary between BitCo and end users or use BitCo’s network to complement their own existing network. Wholesale services would particularly relate to BitCo’s last mile Network being Fibre or Microwave using layer 2 or Layer 3 Services, Voice termination and Wholesale IP Transit with BGP Peering.

Resellers can incorporate Carrier grade Voice Termination and BitCo’s Premium internet access to their product suite while retaining their client base. BitCo provides you with marketing benefits to drive your sales faster with higher customer satisfaction.

Agents, no other model will give you the pre and post-sales support required to operate a successful telecoms business. This option is perfect for businesses who want to offer their client’s reliable solutions without detracting from their core areas of operation.

All Maximise Channel Partners receive comprehensive sales support, a dedicated liaison and regular training on BitCo’s products and services. Qualifying partners will receive marketing assistance and marketing funds which are available to   assist in subsidizing costs for marketing activities.

BitCo has launched their partner programme to provide businesses within the ICT sector, “A chance to compete and grow by removing the barrier to entry, which is typically building a proprietary network.” Explains Chrystal Singh, Channel Manager of BitCo. “The cost of which is exorbitant and forces higher rates for Internet and Telephony services as providers try to recover their capital investments.”

In doing so, they believe they are making connectivity & Voice solutions widely available to Channel Partners Nationally despite the size of your organization.

As an independent operator, BitCo has a comprehensive understanding of the challenges facing new entrants into the industry, from Radio Interference to large capital investments. The maximise Programme provides Channel Partners with all the benefits of a carrier grade network, interconnect agreements, colocation, peering, Access to a Licensed Spectrum and a National Fibre Network.

“Our focus is to provide a leading-edge program to partners in the ICT sector” The channel organizations and partners that thrive are those that embrace and stay ahead of disruptions. Singh adds, on BitCo’s strategy to lead change, committed to assisting the growth of the ICT industry in South Africa.
