Commvault, a global leader in enterprise backup, recovery, archive and the cloud, will be hosting its first ever ‘Connections Live’ event in South Africa. The event will be taking place on the 30th of August 2018 at the Hyatt Regency in Rosebank Johannesburg showcasing topics such as Digital Transformation, Cloud and HyperScale technology.
The event will include industry experts such as Aki Anastasiou (master of ceremonies), and welcome Commvault customers and partners from across the country. The event will examine the latest trends in Digital Transformation, Hyperscale and Cloud computing while elaborating on exactly how data management, protection and back up is at the core of all three technology developments.
Connections Live will also showcase Commvault’s enhanced service offering following the recent announcement of its simplified product, pricing, and packaging. In addition to discussing key trends relating to backup, recovery and cloud; Commvault will also explain how it is making it easier for companies to protect, manage and use data to its full potential within an enterprise environment.
Wael Mustafa, Area Vice President for the Middle East, South Africa and Turkey (MESAT) for Commvault says: “We are delighted to extend our ‘Connections Live’ event to the South African market and look forward to sharing our latest insights, views and trends on some of the hottest topics in the enterprise technology space at the moment.
“South Africa is a core market for Commvault and the event will create an opportunity to network and further ‘connect’ with our partners and customers. More importantly however, it will also provide a platform for them to explore new ways of simplifying and automating their data protection and management strategies as technology and regulatory environments continue to change.”
With Commvault’s most recent enhancements, protecting, managing and leveraging business benefits from data has never been more simple, scalable and complete. However, organisations still need to address current technology and regulatory issues and Connections Live will provide the perfect opportunity to explore these areas in greater detail for customers and partners alike.
