IC Logistix (Pty) Ltd, the sole accredited distributors for Fujikura splice machines in Southern Africa, will be showcasing the latest Fujikura splice machine at the 2018 MyBroadband Conference & Expo taking place on 18 October 2018.
Fujikura, the world’s leading manufacturer of Arc Fusion splicing equipment and the preferred choice of many large fibre contractors, telecommunication, and installation companies, recently announced the launch of the world’s first Core-Sight splicer – the Fujikura 41S.
The Fujikura 41S features innovative specifications like Bluetooth connectivity and a unique Core-Sight splicing algorithm – extremely accurate as a FTTx splicer.
Splicing time takes from 6 seconds in full auto mode, while heating time takes around 20 seconds.
Accompanying the new splicer is the new Fujikura-CT50 cleaver with automated blade control via Bluetooth.
The unit is portable and comes as a complete kit with the CT50 cleaver, work bench, robust carry case, and other accessories.
The 41S kit is fully backed by IC Logistix accredited calibration lab situated centrally in Ferndale, maintenance is included for the first year, and the unit boasts a 3-year factory warranty.
