Due to the overwhelming response to their Black Friday promotion, which offered up to 50% off selected training courses, the premier training and software solutions firm, Jumping Bean is extending the special offers till Cyber Monday 30th November.

“We weren’t quiet sure what to expect when we decided to take part in Black Friday this year”, said Nancy Cooper, Jumping Bean’s marketing manager, ” but we are so pleased with the response that we have decided to extend the offer to include Cyber Monday.”.

The deeply discounted courses include the popular Linux Professional Institute certification level 1, the increasingly popular Cyber Security Certified Ethical Hacker course and all three levels of Oracles Java certification. Jumping Bean is a boutique training firm and has a specialist focus on open source technologies and platforms with a reputation for high quality, if some what intense, training.

Commenting on the surprising level of demand that the reduced prices attracted Nancy explained that “Jumping Bean only uses instructors who are consultants or developers with years of practical experience in the subject matter that they teach and this is reflected in our un-discounted prices.”

“Our clients find the premium well worth it as learners leave with a reignited passion for learning and technology and ready to deploy their newly acquired skill at work. The benefits of training at Jumping Bean extend beyond just the subject matter covered to include more motivated and energised staff”, continued Nancy. “The reduced pricing has allowed many more to access training of the highest quality.”

According to Nancy, the discounted training are being offer in Johannesburg only but Jumping Bean hopes to extend this to Durban and Cape Town next year. “We will definitely make Black Friday and Cyber Monday part of our yearly planning going forward. It so exciting to see such enthusiasm from IT professionals and learners.”

Cyber Monday was launched to encourage consumers to shop online and follows the Monday after the traditional Black Friday specials. Explaining the lack of on-line payment processing option on their Black Friday, now Cyber Monday site, Nancy said that “Jumping Bean is not an e-commerce site and the nature of our business and the current preferences of South Africa industry and consumers, is such that instructor lead training is seldom purchased online; but next year we will be better prepared and add the ability to process bookings and payment online.”
