Our decision to initiate a formal restructuring process was not taken lightly. It was driven by the urgent need to ensure the long- term sustainability of our organisation, while paving the way for a future marked by greater integration, increased efficiency, and enhanced value for our customers and partners.

We recognise that such transitions are never easy – not for our teams, and not for the market.

But what has emerged from that process is a company that is now more streamlined, with a simplified structure and renewed momentum to unlock value across every facet of our business. 

Link Africa and BitCo are now more integrated than ever – not only operationally, but in vision and culture.

By merging our network, field, and operational teams, we have unlocked meaningful efficiencies and laid a solid foundation to improve service levels and shorten delivery times.

This integration is central to our ability to move faster and smarter in a dynamic and competitive environment. 

At the same time, our investment in technology and the modernisation of our core systems is already showing results.

Our transition toward a more automated and customer-focused platform for project management and service delivery is well underway – and will empower us to be more responsive, more transparent, and more reliable in every customer interaction. 

While challenges remain – as they do in any competitive industry – we are beginning to see clear signs of growth and momentum.

The launch of new solutions such as Link Edge and the BitCo Secure Bundle has opened up new market segments, with a strong focus on cost efficiency and service differentiation.
