As the discipline of data analytics becomes more indispensable to business success, organisations often aspire to establish data-driven cultures. Unlike software or infrastructure, these soft skills are more difficult to quantify and maintain.

Analytics maturity assessments have typically examined culture but only at the organisational level. This leaves diverse abilities, perspectives, and challenges without a voice. The impact of these occupational cultures – the work styles of separate divisions within an organisation – on data analytics maturity, remains unexplored.

The LDIS+ Analytics Impact Framework introduces four primary APTitudes (analytics personality types) that can occur within divisions, how these archetypes work together, and how they impact data analytics maturity.
