Intel is showcasing its 6th Generation Core processors at the rAge gaming, tech and entertainment expo.
The processors set a new standard with new, sleek designs that are thinner than ever, are capable of starting in about half a second, and offer up to two and a half times the performance and triple the battery life when compared to the computers many people currently own.
Furthermore, the 6th Gen Intel Core processors have been optimized to best run Windows 10, enabling new experiences, removing computing pain points and providing more secure computing.
The 6th Gen Intel Core processor family is the most scalable ever for consumers and businesses, enabling the broadest range of designs from the smallest Intel Compute Stick and All-in-One desktops, to 2 in 1s, notebooks and the first-ever Intel Xeon processor for mobile workstations.
With up to 30x better 3D graphics, the processor also allows you to play your favorite 3D games in higher resolution, better details, faster frame rates, giving you an amazing gaming experience on your PC.
“This is the best processor we have ever launched, and it is designed around mobility,” Intel told journalists at a media event.
At rAge, Intel partnered with NAG and MSI GAMING to present an overclocking workshop.
“A PC powered with an overclockable Intel Core i7 processor is a natural fit for gamers who demand an intense level of performance,” Intel added.
