ICT resellers can vote in the 2017 Channelwise Awards to ensure they get the best possible products and services from their vendors and distributors.
The results of the votes will culminate in the annual Channelwise Awards event, where resellers’ favourite vendors and distributors will be named.
The Channelwise Awards give resellers an opportunity to name the suppliers they prefer to work with and to rate the service they receive from their suppliers as well.
This information can help vendors and distributors gauge how well they are doing in various areas.
When you click on the survey, you will be asked to select the category that you work in, including components; end-user computing; servers, storage, and networking; and printers, peripherals, and consumables.
Then, you will be asked to choose your favourite vendors in a number of sub-categories, and at the end of each category, you will be asked to name your top distributors, and rank them on: ease of doing business; stockholding, logistics and delivery; credit availability; and channel programme.
