MSI, Redragon, Sparkfox, Crucial, and ACGL recently announced the second season in the #MythicRoyale for Fortnite tournament series. From now until 28 November 2020, local Fortnite players will be able to compete for cash and product prizes over the course of the season. The second season is open to new and experienced players, with more ways to win than ever before. Players interested in learning more should head to the Mythic Royale tournament page on ACGL’s website.

Season 2 overview

Fortnite players across all platforms (PC, Console, and Mobile) can compete in ACGL’s regular weekly tournaments and daily match-finders, accruing ELO points as they play. Completing a monthly cycle and placing in the required placing on the ELO leaderboards will ensure a spot in the custom #MythicRoyale lobby finale.

For the second season of the #MythicRoyale, additional qualifying options and cups will be available. Players will be able to compete each month in two custom lobby qualifiers. Top placed competitors will earn direct invites to the monthly finale.

Additionally, players who do not make it into the monthly cash finale will still be invited to compete in the Challenger Cup where various gaming products will be up for grabs. The second season promises to offer more opportunities to win, and the following announcements have been made to ensure exactly that:

Introducing mythic relics

Mythic Relics are a reward you earn for simply competing in any of the Mythic Royale Fortnite related activities. You do not need to win to earn it. All you have to do is simply play. The more often you play, the more Mythic Relics you will earn and over the next five months, the Mythic Royale sponsors will be offering up some amazing products that you can win using these Mythic Relics to enter the various raffles for prizes valued at well over R40,000.

The raffles & new avatar kit

Every two weeks, new products will be rotated into the raffles. Products include Crucial SSDs, Redragon peripherals, and Sparkfox console combos.

Over the five months of the Mythic Royale, there is one mammoth prize bundle that’s also on the line. MSI is sponsoring a hardware bundle valued at around R11,000. The bundle includes a MSI GTX 1660 graphics card and a MSI MAG241C monitor! To get yourself into these fantastic draws, start earning your Mythic Relics and then spend them here.

The new season brings a new Avatar Kit for your profile on the site. The new Avatar Kit is all about the Mythic Relics and the hunt for them.
