With features that support conference entries from a calendar invite or web browser, directly from the cloud, Avaya Equinox Meetings Online eliminates the need for in-house video expertise as well as negates the need for a capital/IT investment in onsite conferencing equipment.

The product is available on a 30-day trial to customers looking to explore the benefits of cloud-based conferencing. With robust end-to-end encryption users are assured of a secure experience of their virtual meeting rooms that support up to 50 participants. Available via either a monthly subscription or annual contract, users can take advantage of unlimited use per room.
