Westcon Sub-Saharan Africa, the value added distributor, is partnering with vendor’s Ruckus Networks an Arris company and Avaya, at the annual IAUG event to be held in August 2018. Here it will showcase to customers and reseller partners, the full length and breadth of how it is able to pool vendor technologies for an overall collaboration experience.
IAUG is the official International Avaya Users Group, and combines the official Avaya and heritage Nortel user groups into a single body of communications technology professionals and users. Seen as the voice of the Avaya customer community, this year’s annual IAUG event is themed The Avaya Experience Journey and will be hosted from 20th – 22nd of August in Sun City North West Province.

This year’s event will run over two and a half days and will offer an opportunity to end users and OEM partners within the Avaya community, to engage with subject matter experts within the communications and collaboration space. In addition the vendors will use the platform to showcase their latest product updates, releases and joint solutions, that have been designed to facilitate a seamless communications experience.
Packed with keynote addresses from global and local experts, hands on education sessions and breakout networking workshops. The key messages that will be touched on at IAUG include the customer’s journey to digital transformation, how the “new age” of interactions impact your business, how to collect and best manage data – as well as how existing customers can maximise on their existing infrastructure.
