Every reseller has a dedicated account manager to ensure accountability, excellent response times and a personal interaction with our clients.

Stock is managed from a warehouses in Cape Town and Johannesburg where thousands of shipments are distributed efficiently and cost effectively to our resellers throughout Southern Africa. All Syntech clients can expect cost effective solutions, delivered on time.

Syntech’s unique RMA policy entitles resellers, not based in Cape Town or Johannesburg, to free collection, replacement and return of any warranty items which have been purchased from Syntech.
